elcome to apnscp esprit, our unique control panel and filesystem layout designed around performance and reliability. apnscp esprit is derived from Ensim WEBppliance^™ (now Parallels Pro) , but radically diverged in early 2007 when our fourth generation of servers were ushered in alongside the data center move to our current home with AtlantaNAP. All of the services were gutted and replaced with the highest performing, most reliable services available. Such drastic changes to the core required massive rewrites to the proprietary Ensim control panel. Thankfully we were in the process of writing and testing our new standalone control panel, a spiritual successor to the limited apnscp, starting in 2005. This new control panel, nicknamed "esprit", became the current embodiment that every customer has grown to love and appreciate for its flexibility and feature list. As for the name? We liked it, so it stuck.
